Terms of Sale: Wholesale

All our fish are captive bred and tank raised in a fully controlled environment at our dry floor hatchery in East Tennessee.

We are located near the hubs of both UPS and Fedex, allowing you the assurance of early next-day delivery.

We have a reputation for brightly colored fish that reach you in good health. We have customers who report 100% survival to sale.

For your convenience, we accept payment by credit card or store account. Please contact us regarding establishing an account. An account application may be downloaded in PDF format.

We ship on Monday through Thursday. Shipping charges are billed at cost, and are included in the invoice. We can fax or email this information prior to shipment.

Returns and Cancellations

All sales are final. Due to the nature of live fish, we cannot accept returns.

Cancellations without penalty are accepted until 2:00 PM on the scheduled shipping date. Once packages are picked up by the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. We regret any inconvenience.

Shipping Damage

Please contact us immediately if your shipment arrives damaged. Please do not refuse shipments, as this will only delay processing of your damage claim. Please save all packaging and damaged merchandise for possible inspection by the carrier.

Important Information for Dealers!

We recommend that you not mix wild-caught fish with hatchery-raised fish in your stock tanks. Wild fish may carry pathogens and parasites to which the hatchery-raised fish have never been exposed. Keep hatchery-raised fish in their own tanks, segregated by species. Your customers should have no problem mixing wild and hatchery fish in their home aquariums, provided they follow proper quarantine and husbandry procedures.
